Accessibility Statement

PROvendis GmbH endeavors to make its website www.provendis.info accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG). This accessibility statement applies to the website www.provendis.info and was created on June 23, 2025 and last updated on July 09, 2025.

Status of compliance with the requirements

The accessibility requirements are set out in Sections 3 (1) to (4) and 4 of BITV 2.0, which was issued on the basis of Section 12d BGG.

The review of compliance with the requirements is based on a BITV test carried out in May 2025. Based on the review, the website is partially compliant with the aforementioned requirements due to the following incompatibilities. The content listed below is not accessible:

  • Videos: Some of our embedded videos do not currently have subtitles. We will endeavor to add subtitles to all videos in the future.
  • Images without alternative text: Some decorative or purely ornamental images on the website are deliberately integrated without alternative text as they are not relevant to the content. In the case of content-relevant images that currently lack alternative texts, these will be added successively.
  • PDF documents: Many of the PDF documents provided on the website are currently not accessible. We are working on making as many documents as possible accessible in the future.
  • Usability of dynamic elements: The usability of accordions, sliders and other dynamic elements is currently not yet fully accessible. We plan to optimize these functions in the near future so that they are also accessible via keyboard and screen reader.
  • Contrast ratios: In some areas of the website, the contrast ratios between text and background may not yet meet the requirements. We are working on an adjustment.
  • Forms: Some forms are not yet fully accessible, particularly with regard to the labeling of fields and error detection. We are working on making all forms as accessible as possible.
  • Structure and headings: The semantic structure (e.g. heading hierarchy) is still being revised on some pages to improve accessibility for screen readers.
Barriers due to economic unreasonableness

Historical content: Older content that was created before the current accessibility guidelines came into force may not be fully accessible. Subsequent adaptation of this content would require disproportionately high expenditure. However, new content is created according to the current standards.
