As part of the innovation2business.nrw network, PROvendis supports scientists and founders of the network universities with a professional valuation of newly created intellectual property and with comprehensive commercialization activities: 

• Monetary valuation – valuation of property rights taking into account legal and technical criteria and risks
• Exploitation plan / PROkoll – coordination with the inventor / transfer office and mapping of the exploitation plan (patenting, project development, exploitation) in PROkoll
• Online marketing channels – databases, technology offers, marketing materials, technology ticker
• Participation in trade fairs – optionally including respective scientists, including own or joint booths
• Use of regional networks – cooperation with chambers of industry and commerce, business promoters, business associations, cooperation networks and exchanges
• Directly approaching companies for commercialization – getting into contact with relevant partners in industry, presenting the technologies
• Contract negotiation – negotiating and drafting licensing, transfer and related contracs with companies
