Often, so-called "everyday problems" are the driving force of new ideas. But what exactly is the difference between a good idea and an economically interesting invention for which a patent application is recommended? And what is the best way to proceed?
We answer your questions and provide support at each step, in order to make economically reasonable decisions. The confidential treatment of your request is a matter of course for us, we therefore provide you with a confidentiality statement on request.
We will discuss your specific needs in an initial interview. On this basis, we create an individual service package for you according to the modular principle. For some services we offer fixed prices. Unfortunately, there is currently no federal funding for private inventors.
Fees for patent applications and patent prosecution can have high costs. To avoid unnecessary costs, we offer first a short evaluation including cursory research of your idea or invention. If we provide you with a promising result, further investments in your invention can be considered.
If you choose to file a patent application, we will guide and support you through this procedure, from qualified patent research to independent advice relating to an economically appropriate patent and commercialization strategy up to the coordination of the patent prosecution, the commercialization and the subsequent monitoring of time limits.
Do you already own a patent? With regard to the transfer or licensing of patent rights, we can evaluate whether your patent should be kept or if investments in commercialization activities make sense. We would also be happy to specify concrete commercialization measures.
