In order to preserve your intellectual property rights it is important to observe and comply with specific dates and deadlines.
The application for intellectual property rights (e.g. as a patent or utility model) sets a number of deadlines in motion. Examples are the priority period, the nationalization period for "global" patent applications (known as PCT applications) or the due dates of annual fees. Failure to meet such deadlines can directly result in the loss of the intellectual property right. If the priority deadline is not met, your own product brochures, Internet presentations, trade show demonstrations etc. are prejudicial to your innovation.
We monitor all the important dates and deadlines and remind you in good time that a payment is due. In consultation with you we also arrange validation and regionalization (i.e. the naming of the countries in which you wish your registered IPR to be effective) and ensure the timely transfer of your annual fees as they become due.
