The web seminar "Fit for All IP" provides an overview of which research results can be protected with suitable IP rights.
Scientists and university staff will be sensitized to recognize the potential of their work results, to explore the measures necessary for protection and to prepare for exploitation, giving concrete practical examples. A variety of marketable IP is also being created outside technical areas: inventions, software, algorithms, two- and three-dimensional designs, trademarks, texts, concepts, brochures, books, know-how and trade secrets - which can be protected. The web seminar also introduces copyright, design and trademark law as well as the right to one's own image.
Based on this overview, PROvendis offers further in-depth web seminars. Scientists can select specific topics relevant to their research area and study them in detail.
- Short overview of the possibilities for protecting research results

- Raising awareness of the exploration of necessary measures for protection and commercialization
